Colombia & Peru

In the summer of 2024, after completing my Master's degree, I spent four months travelling through Latin America. My trip started in Colombia, with the original plan being to travel south through the Amazon into Peru, and then continue south to Bolivia. However, due to political unrest in Bolivia I changed my plans, and instead spent the final month of my trip in Central America, visiting Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

This gallery contains photos from my time in South America, primarily in Peru. In Colombia I primarily used my phone for photography, mainly due to laziness. However, in the Peruvian Andes I used my camera on treks in the Huaraz region, the Sacred Valley, and the Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu.
